Homemade samosa recipe Hotel style

Friends today we are going to prepare homemade samosa hotel styal.









Ingridients :

Potato 500gm.
Green chillies 50gm.
Ginger 50gm.
Garlic 2 big size chopped.
Flour 500gm.
Coriender leaf little amount.
Peanut 2 tablespoon.
Turmeric powder 2 teaspoon.
Cumin powder 1 tablespoon.
Chatmashala 1 tablespoon.
Garammashala 1 tablespoon.
Mangrela 1 teaspoon.
Baking soda little amount.
Salt to taste.
Oil to need.

Process :
Heat the pan and pour oil then fry peanuts and take aside.
Then boil potatoes and lightly rough mesh them.
Now griend chilly garlic and ginger and put the mixture in pan and stir fry it. Then add some cumin powder turmeric powder garammashala powder to it and fry it then add roughly meshed potatoes in the pan and add chat masala fried peanuts and salt to test. Now mix it and fry for 2 minutes.
Your samosa filling is ready now take it aside for cooling.
Take a pot add flour then add some mangrela baking soda salt to test and 3 tablespoon oil. Add some water and mix it well. Now make some round shape like chapati and cut it from middle in two parts with the help of your fingre put water on the cutting side of one part and fold it now with the help of spoon fill the potato mixture in the samosa and fold it to the shape of samosa. Prepare some more samosa like this.
Now fill the oil to pan and deepfry the samosa in it flame should be low.

After frying serve the samosa with tomato sauce.

Chicken Salami

Ingredients:
500gm Sliced Chicken (Boneless)
1 tbsp butter
1 Chopped large onion
1 packed chopped mushrooms
3 tbsp tomato puree
5-6 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Method : 
Heat butter in a Frying Pan.
Add chopped Onions, Mushrooms, Garlic and saute for two minutes
Add Tomato puree and let it roast for a while.
Add salami pieces and mix well.
Add the Salt and pepper.
Serve with sour cream.

Shahi Paneer
